Lepas meng'click' pada website yang memuatkan imej asalnya tertera 'Lan Antique Collection Komik Lama'. (http://lan-lamadanantik.blogspot.com/)

Website berkenaan mengumpulkan segala macam barang-barang lama termasuk majalah komik dan kartun lama lagi antik.

Ianya sebagai koleksi peribadi pemilik web itu dan juga untuk dijual.

Anda bulih mengakses web berkenaan untuk mengetahui lebih detail apo yang ado didalamnya.

Buku kartun aku kat atas tu memang dah lamapun. Tahun 1984. Aku baru dua tahun lebih menetap di KL.

Dalam website itu, buku kartun aku diperagakan bersama tiga lagi karya dalam bentuk komik. Kiranya untuk dilelong le tu.

Cuma pelukis Kasbi Sarbini sahaja aku berpeluang mengenali dengan lebih dekat. Sebab kami satu pejabat sejak aku menyertai Utusan pada 1994. Kasbi atau lebih dikenali dengan panggilan Wak Kasbi telahpun bersara, tapi masih aktif melukis.

Sementara Mansor Ibrahim dan Mohd Zohri aku cuma mengenali dari jauh tapi karya mereka amat dekat padaku.

Mohd Zohri atau nama penanya Zoy dulunya pernah bertugas diUtusan tetapi sewaktu aku masuk dia dah lama 'belah' meninggalkan karyanya yang menjadi sebutan iaitu 'Ayoko'.

Beliau kini di akhbar Berita Harian dan masih jugak aktif 'berkomik' dan 'berkartun'

sampaikan bergegar jugak le Jalan Riong dengan aksi Ultraman lari diligan ombak Tsunami.

Aku dibayar RM200 untuk kartun itu.

Tidaklah lumayan, tapi boleh la berlagak mengisi perut dengan makanan ala Thai seminggu. Seminggu je. Lepas tu balik asal dengan makanan 'ala dua minit copek dimasak sodap dimakang'.

Seingat aku, lima atau enam buku kartun aku diterbitkan oleh Penerbitan Mediaseni yang beroperasi di Seri Gombak dimana aku menetap diKampung Melayu, Ampang

dan bekerja di Taman Keramat pada waktu itu.

Ada yang masih dalam simpanan. Ada yang dah ghuyup.

Apapun terima kasih bebanyak pada abang Yamin Daud, pemilik Mediaseni kerana

memberi ruang dan peluang aku bekarya pada waktu itu walaupun 'hasil kerja' aku

agak kureng asem.

The 31st International Comic Fair in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
